This was the first project in the St. Louis Country where Low P Concrete Deck Overlay was used with an embedded Cathodic Protection System.

This project was a 850,000-square-foot warehouse distribution center with Mezzanines totaling 2,300,000-square-foot in Kansas City, Missouri.

The structure is made out of tilt-up concrete panels and structural steel, the parking area is made of both asphalt and concrete paving, the roofing material is a mechanically attached TPO roof membrane. A TI portion of this project includes office finishes, mechanical and electrical work and design-build fire protection components. The facility was delivered in approximately thirteen months.
