This is the eleventh project for this high profile data center client that Concrete Strategies has been awarded.
The job consisted of approximately 18,000 CY of concrete and 610 TN of rebar. CSI completed building foundations, perimeter stem walls ranging from 4’10” to 8’10” in height, 250,000 SF of SOG, Heavy equipment foundations, and 58,000 SF of sidewalk. The project was completed ahead of a very aggressive schedule from a very high demand client. CSI has completed more than 10 projects for this same data center client.
