Concrete Strategies installed a temporary coal conveying system to maintain continuous plant operation during construction. Demolition of the existing coal conveying system, structural steel demolition, concrete removal, and building demolition were also completed.

Concrete Strategies then installed foundations, slabs, structural steel, underground utilities, and grounding grids while insuring no plant interruptions. Concrete Strategies placed and finished 4,434-cubic-yards of concrete, fabricated and erected over 720 tons of steel and fabricated and installed over 200 tons of reinforcing steel.
