Sterling Properties Garage Restoration

The restoration included structural column, slab soffit, wall and beam repair, slab-on-grade repair, crack injection, and capping existing areaways with new structural slabs.

Concrete Strategies performed the garage restoration work for property manager, Sterling Properties at Parc Frontenac and The Dorchester, which included multiple phases of parking garage structural repairs that were completed while keeping the garage open to traffic. The restoration included structural column, slab soffit, wall and beam repair, slab-on-grade repair, crack injection, and capping existing areaways with new structural slabs. A combination of hand placed/poured repairs and shotcreting was performed for the structural repair work. The project was completed with very limited access, as there were no ramps leading to the lower level, only a vehicle lift.
