The project consists of joist repair, beam repair and slab repair, removal of material up to 2” deep to a sound substrate, cleaning of reinforcing, protection of surrounding areas so no other work is damaged.
The project consists of joist repair, beam repair and slab repair, removal of material up to 2” deep to a sound substrate, cleaning of reinforcing, protection of surrounding areas so no other work is damaged. It also includes striking off bottom of slabs/beams at the same elevation as surrounding areas. New framing will be installed onto slabs/beams and it is imperative that finished surface be consistent throughout, including all form work as necessary. Concrete Strategies will roughen surfaces as required to receive products, styrofoam & caulk at base of column wraps, set and grout anchor rods at new trusses connection to column encasements. The project also includes furnishing and installation of any bonding agents required for scope of work.
