Concrete Strategies performed the precast erection for this 60,000-square-foot medical office building.

A 150-ton lattice boom was used to place the 125 wall panels and 243 hollow core roof planks for this project, which was completed in 20 days. The medical office building is LEED NC v2.0 Gold certified, for commitment to protect and conserve the environment while providing a healthy living and working setting through design, construction and maintenance of the building.
