With 785,000-square-feet of space, Dollar General’s new distribution-warehouse will feature 40’ clear heights, 117 dock positions, and convenient accessibility to Interstate 90. The retailer will be able to better serve its vendors throughout the northeast region with this newest facility.

The Montgomery County development anticipates to create over 400 new jobs once fully operational, as well as up to 200 additional construction jobs throughout the building process. Included with the warehouse will be a dispatch center, truck maintenance building, pump house, and guardhouses along the perimeter. Leo A. Daly is serving as the architect on the project. Completion is scheduled for the summer of 2018.
