Concrete Strategies performed the 5–story office steel structure connecting to load tilt up.

Project includes two sets of full height stairs, misc iron, and roof screens weighing 694 tons. The building features load bearing architectural walls through the fourth floor, with fifth floor and the entire west elevation of the building featuring curtain wall. The project was completed in early 2014.
