Concrete Strategies constructed the tilt-up panels, foundations, flatwork and site utilities for this 550,000-square-foot distribution facility. Installation of an under-slab drainage system was necessary due to the high levels of groundwater in the northwest.

In addition to the storage and assembly area, there is a 300,000-square-foot extension space to house the largest parts. The shell construction was completed on-schedule, in just 4 months, which features a 30-foot clear-height.
