CenterPointe Hospital

CenterPointe Hospital is a private psychiatric hospital serving the behavioral health needs of children, adolescents and adults in the metropolitan St. Louis area.

The project includes major changes to the current 49,000-square-foot hospital campus, demolition of 14,000-square-feet of outdated space, renovation of 12,000-square-feet of existing space and the creation of 65,000-square-feet of new space for CenterPointe’s medical staff and patients.

The expansion and renovation enables the hospital to accommodate a Geriatric Psychiatry program, an adult residential Chemical Dependency Unit, an electro-convulsive therapy lab, a gymnasium and recreational therapy area, renovated facilities for child/adolescent and adult acute psychiatric care services, a kitchen and dining room, and a public Urgent Care Center.
