City Foundry is a large project meant to repurpose and partially restore the historic industrial features of the former 15-acre Century Electric Foundry complex in St. Louis. The historical foundry building will be transformed into a booming hub for local recreation offering mixed use entertainment, dining, office and retail space.

Concrete Strategies is delivering concrete foundations, flatwork and building restoration within the existing foundry buildingwarehouse as well as the surrounding site concrete including sidewalks, pavers, decorative concrete pavement and curbs. For the new precast parking garage, Concrete Strategies is pouring the concrete piers, foundations and flatwork. Both the existing building and the precast garage are being treated for waterproofing.
