Intended to support Midwest operations for a confidential client, this distribution center in Kansas City was built by Clayco and designed by its subsidiary, Lamar Johnson Collaborative. Encompassing over 750,000 square feet, the facility has 40’ clear heights with material handling equipment including multi-level pick modules, conveyors, and racking.

Construction broke ground in early 2017 and was completed by late 2018. The project includes 80,000 square feet of concrete mezzanine, 120,000 square feet of steel mezzanine, an 85,000-square-foot, DEA-controlled, pharmaceutical storage area and a 20,000-square-foot office space.
