This 5-story, 147,600-square-foot office building is the 3rd in the Delmar Gardens Chesterfield campus. The office building is a steel structure with a tinted precast concrete facade. The precast cladding consisted of 438 pieces and was erected in 37 days.

The core and shell finishes consist of an open, two-story main entry lobby, a fitness area on Level 1 and restrooms for each Level from 1 through 5. The Lower Level of the office building will be utilized for select parking.

The project also features a free-standing, 520-space precast parking garage. The parking garage is a structural precast concrete deck with four levels of parking. The 223 piece precast parking garage was erected in 39 working days.

Clayco is performing the Core/Shell construction plus assisting CB&E with the site improvements and tenant finish. The project is seeking LEED certification.
