Parc Frontenac
St. Louis, Missouri
This $56 million project included the construction of nearly 1-million-square-feet of warehouse and office space, a truck maintenance facility, two guard houses and a pedestrian walkway bridge connecting employee parking to the main building.
Concrete Strategies performed the foundations for this 1-million-square-foot distribution facility. More than 2-million-square-feet of concrete paving was required to accommodate employees and the semi-truck fleet that access this facility. Sequenced construction was necessary to protect shrinkage-compensating concrete floors. Heating and cooling utilizing ammonia, gycol and water piped throughout building.
The project began March of 2011 and turned over for initial occupancy in February 2012.
