Tilt-up panels and structural steel frames were erected, employing massive concrete panels that are nearly 60-feet high and 30-feet wide.

The Express Scripts Campus, straddles I-70, with half of the facilities located on the campus of University of Missouri – St. Louis (UMSL) and the other half in the Clayco-developed NorthPark, a 500+ acre office and industrial development.

The first two phases serve as the corporate headquarters, and incorporate all the amenities expected with a corporate headquarters, including a conference center, data center, board room, and over 1,500 structured parking spaces. The combined 535,000-square-feet of office required the construction of a new road connecting the campus to major arterial roads.

The third phase of the project is Express Scripts Technology and Innovation Center, which included a sophisticated automated prescription fulfillment center and a 224,000-square-foot office and consumerology lab. The fourth phase included 235,000-square-feet of office facility to support Express Scripts IT functions, a call center, and an 8,000-square-foot data center with redundant systems and full generator and UPS back up.
