The new facility features state-of-the art technology and incorporates the goals of the client’s environmental sustainability strategy.

The new facility is located on a 19-acre site in the Southwest corner of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The office building campus is located within the Interstate of Crossing Business Park situated at I-29 and I-229.

Construction of the new 150,000-square-foot, four story building began in April 2018 and was completed in August 2019.

Concrete Strategies is providing the tilt-up concrete with brick inlay for this project. CRG is developing the 19-acre site and Lamar Johnson Collaborative is the architect.
