This 1,369,000-square-foot distribution center in Monroe County, Pennsylvania, for Johnson & Johnson Sales and Logistics Company LLC is located at 400 Tegawitha Road, it is the first development in Arcadia North Business Park. The distribution center was completed in summer 2007.

Concrete Strategies completed the 1.3 million-square-foot floor slab, foundations, tilt-up and flatwork for the Johnson & Johnson Sales & Logistics Company.

The 8-inch thick floor slabs were constructed utilizing 33,000-cubic-yards of concrete with superior floor flatness levels that exceeded specifications.

The massive facility contains 765,000-square-feet of air-conditioned warehouse space, 27,945-square-feet of office space and 38-foot clear-heights.
