Concrete Strategies is performing the complicated 2-story office construction over an existing parking garage. The job required the use of a large crane to set the steel requiring reach over the parking structure.

The project includes three sets of stairs, roof screens, permanent tie off anchors, and miscellaneous iron work.

The new Medical Office Building on the Missouri Baptist Hospital campus is used primarily as office space with physicians’ offices and an area for minor outpatient surgeries. It is built atop an existing five-level parking structure. The building is tied to an existing office building that also remained functional during the construction process.
