NorthPark Business Center One is a speculative, multi-tenant flexible building with tenants that include, Staples, Toro and Express Scripts.

Concrete Strategies performed the flatwork and tilt-up for this 121,253-square-foot flex building. Concrete Strategies poured the new dock structures and the site concrete and walkways. The warehouse features high-bay fluorescent lighting and one loading dock per 9,000-square-feet. Located in NorthPark Business Park, it is a short distance from the intersection of two major highways, an international airport and a renowned university.
