The new warehouse facility has a conveying system that takes the product directly from the existing pulp and paper mill to the new warehouse distribution center.
Concrete Strategies was selected for the tilt-up concrete work for Resolute Forest Product’s development of a 310,000-square-foot expandable distribution center to handle the robust growth of its tissue products division in Calhoun, Tennessee. Expandable by 550,000-square-feet, the facility will serve as the main distribution center for the manufacturer’s logistic chain.
The new warehouse facility has a conveying system that takes the product directly from the existing pulp and paper mill to the new warehouse distribution center located adjacent to the mill and a part of Resolute’s 75,000-acre Calhoun development.
Clayco served as the design-builder on the project and its subsidiary, Lamar Johnson Collaborative is the architect on the project. CRG is the real estate developer.
