Concrete strategies performed the precast concrete for this two level parking garage for at the Scottrade Maryville Campus. This 499-space, 138,000-square-foot, parking structure contains 69,000-square-feet of post-tension structural deck and 4,500-cubic-yards of concrete. Precast erection of thirty architectural spandrels on the perimeter of crash walls were erected in just three days using a 180-ton hydro boom crane. The garage includes an underground parking level and architectural precast skin.
